What does Agile Project Management actually Mean
There are many misconceptions about what Agile Project Management means, first of all, Agile Project Management is actually an oxymoron. The traditional project management approach requires a predefined scope, an agreed timeline and a budget, this type of project management thrives in an environment which is stable, with a lot known upfront and was actually designed for times that are stable and predictable.
Agile on the other hand embraces the opportunity of the uncertainty and is the most suitable approach when there is little known at the outset, when you are competing in a fast-changing marketplace, when there is a vision for a product, but the finer detail still needs to be figured out along the journey.
