Meet Joanna: Change Angel’s Founder

Joanna arrived in Ireland 22 years ago, stepping off a bus from Poland with little more than a suitcase and a dream. From those humble beginnings, she has honed her craft from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience that has shaped her into the powerhouse she is today. With a solid foundation in traditional project management, Joanna’s love affair with Agile and Lean Concepts began about 15 years ago. Since then, she hasn’t looked back, constantly upskilling and immersing herself in these methodologies. Working as an Agile Consultant, she developed a passion for coaching and is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile and the International Coaching Federation. Joanna has worn many hats: Agile Trainer, Coach, and Consultant, as well as Personal Coach. Her expertise spans both IT and non-tech industries, and her passion for Agile and Life, in general, is nothing short of contagious. As the leader of the Agile-Lean Ireland Community, Joanna is dedicated to fostering a space for peer-to-peer support and continuous learning, all aimed at boosting organizational and personal transformations and effectiveness. Whether working with businesses to enhance efficiency or helping individuals achieve personal growth, Joanna’s approach is both dynamic and impactful. But above all, Joanna is a MUM – a role she cherishes above all others. Her adventurous spirit keeps her active and travelling whenever she gets the chance. She’s also a seasoned speaker, having graced various international conferences with her insights on Agile and Lean topics. Joanna’s journey is a testament to her dedication, passion, and belief that there’s always more to learn. Whether she’s at a conference, leading a workshop, or spending time with her family, Joanna brings energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.

About my coaching style:

They call me the “Fearless Facilitator” and the “No BS Scrum Master.” My personality and direct coaching style can be intense for some, and that’s okay because I’m not a coach for everyone. I work exclusively with those who desire to succeed. While everyone needs someone, you’re unique, and your ‘someone’ has to be special, not just anyone. You seek the best because you know you’re worth it.
